Because Growth Is More Than
Effort Alone.
Most young athletes are willing to work hard. Fewer are given a clear way to understand how they grow, what to focus on, and why it matters.
"FortiFly is a fully virtual development system for youth athletes ages 10–18, designed to build clarity, confidence, balance, and purpose throughout the athletic journey."
The Founder's Perspective
A Family Shaped by Competition
Olivia grew up in a household where sport and academics were equally emphasized, and expectations were high. As one of six siblings who all competed at the Division I level, accountability, discipline, and long-term development were part of everyday life.
Living the Division I Path
As a Division I basketball player, Olivia competed at Samford, Saint Joseph's, Binghamton, and Georgetown across multiple conferences. Experiencing different expectations, support systems, and demands firsthand gave her a clear understanding of how environments shape athletes — and how success often depends on more than talent or effort alone.
What the Data Revealed
7,000+ Athlete Conversations
Through conversations with more than 7,000 Division I athletes, a consistent pattern emerged: many wished they had clearer structure, better self-understanding, and more relatable guidance earlier in their journey.
These insights became the foundation for FortiFly's system.

Why We Exist — Filling the Gap
The Current Reality
While most athletes have expert support for physical skills, far fewer receive the guidance needed to build confidence, habits, and decision-making as competition intensifies
Technical Focus: High
The FortiFly Approach
We fill this gap with age-appropriate, research-informed educational frameworks that help athletes understand how they think, train, recover, and lead — on and off the field.
Whole Athlete: Complete
Educational by Design
We do not coach teams or diagnose issues. We provide structured understanding—helping athletes recognize patterns and build awareness.
Built for Modern Athletes
Fully virtual by design. Athletes access consistent guidance regardless of location, season, or team environment.
At the Core
Helping athletes make better decisions — in training, competition, school, and relationships — by understanding themselves.
