BLUEPRINT → CAPTAIN
They don’t tell the athlete what to think.
They help them talk it through, see it more clearly, and find an approach they can own.
FOUNDING ATHLETE ACCESS
Every Pathway starts with a personalized Growth Blueprint. Choose how much time your athlete has to build from it.
What’s a focus area?
Focus areas are specific development priorities within FortiFly’s four Growth Zones — like confidence after mistakes in Mental Game, recovery habits in Durability, recognizing game situations in Sport IQ, or communication and routines in Life + Leadership.

WHY THE CAPTAIN MODEL WORKS
You should be able to parent your athlete — not feel responsible for coaching every moment too. A Division I Athlete Captain gives your athlete another trusted perspective from someone who understands competitive sport firsthand.
Your athlete gets another trusted perspective. You get more room to support, encourage, and simply be their parent.
BEEN THERE
Current or former Division I athletes with firsthand competitive experience.
GUIDED
The athlete’s Growth Blueprint and FortiFly resources keep sessions focused.
VETTED
Captains complete Level 2 background checks and youth-safety training.

FOUNDER + PROGRAM TRUST
FortiFly was founded by former Georgetown Division I basketball athlete Olivia Ramil. After more than 2,500 conversations with college athletes, she saw a recurring gap: athletes spend enormous time training their sport, while many of the moments shaping how they respond, communicate, prepare, and grow receive far less individual attention.
